GuiLLAUME PASCAL
Guillaume is the founder of Zanzifilms. His interests for visuals, music, adventure and travelling have taken him from the National Art School of Bordeaux (France) to the St Johns College Film & TV Production (Ireland). He also has studied psychology and economics in France earlier. The all mix have brought him to decrypt better and faster the wishes and needs of his clients.
As a experienced certified kite-surf instructor he has travelled many parts of the world exploring and teaching the sport. These travels helped to finance his first proper cameras.
When he is not capturing moments in Africa, Gui is wandering trough France and hopefully Europe with his “ Visual Studio on Wheels”: The “Gypsies Mayai” Camper van.

SHARIDA NOëLLE
Sharida is the creator of Diverted Directions, a platform that gather travel photography and various storytelling in Africa and Europe. She is collaborating with Zanzifilms Especially with still photography (Lifestyle/Reportage/Events). She is also responsible for the written content of Zanzifilms. Earlier Sharida has studied nutrition and product management in Holland and manage today a Boutique Hotel on the Main Island of Zanzibar . Her interests goes from Photography to hospitality to yoga practise. she is also certified as a Yoga teacher.

MODI PERU
Modi is the founder of Mwamu Studio,Jalillah Film and ZanziFixer. He is the second hand of Zanzifilms. Modi’s qualities are versatile. If he’s not only second or assistant camera, he operates as fixer, organising permits, local actors and locations. He also acts as a sharp Kiswahili- English translator and he is passionately involved in community work and education of youth. His most favourite activity remains altough video editing and animation. He can spend endless nights on After Effects or Da Vinci Resolve. Modi is also a qualified electrician on Zanzibar and is skilled in computer maintenance.
Mahil
Mahil was our young photographer and camera assistant. He was a self taught, passionate young film maker. He had recently written and shot several shorts films related to covid-19, and handicaped community from Zanzibar. Zanzifilms and Tulamke club was dedicated to assist Mahil in his progression, until he sadly passed away in 2022. We are looking for someone motivated to follow his steps and join the team
Afya
Afya brings her silky and sharp voice to Zanzifilms. She is in charge of dubbing videos in Kishwaili on our most recent films but also is our contact in Town., to reach a greater audience in East Africa. Afya is also a great support when it comes down to catering on shoots and with her smile she keeps everybody else smiling.
